We’re passionate about delivering the freshest coffee possible. Because coffee is a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns on opened bags for safety and freshness reasons.
However, If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, or have any other concerns about your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
